Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement sent by email to:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exception for Digital Content

Monkana exclusively sells digital products delivered electronically.

For contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun, provided that:

• the customer has expressly consented to the commencement of the performance before the end of the withdrawal period; and
• the customer has acknowledged that, by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.

During checkout, customers are required to provide this consent before access to any digital product is granted.

As a result, once a purchased digital product has been made available for download, the statutory right of withdrawal generally expires and refunds are no longer available, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
