Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exception for Digital Content

Monkana exclusively sells digital products delivered electronically.

For contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun, provided that:

As a result, once a purchased digital product has been made available for download, the statutory right of withdrawal generally expires and refunds are no longer available, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
